QUALITY POLICY

We have fully equipped Central Laboratory where we are conducting systematic testing of incoming Raw Material as per testing methods laid down in Indian Standard and material meeting the laid down specifications are only accepted. Strict vigilance on quality control towards the purity is ensured.

• Semi-finished material is taken from the plant from time to time and the testing is carried out towards Colour, Acid Value and Viscosity.
• Physical testing is carried out on the finished material by producing FRP laminate as per procedures laid down in the Indian Standard towards testing of mechanical and electrical properties.
• We also carry out elaborate testing on the finished products in the liquid form of Polyester Resin as taken from the plant for testing towards general appearance, specific gravity, Gel time, acid value, etc. as per standard methods laid down in the Indian Standards.
• Our total emphasis is on the quality products, which is strictly, ensured right from testing of raw materials to the finished products and ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
