We introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of wide range of Polyester Resins and allied products since 1968.  Adgel Corporation is a sister concern company of Crystic Resins India Private Limited and are successfully supplying various grades of Resins and other ancillary products to reputed parties all over the Country. 

We have one of the latest Re-actor (Plant) for manufacturing of Polyester Resins backed with excellent Testing and Research facilities to ensure quality product and batch to batch consistency.

History

We started manufacturing of Unsaturated Polyester Resins in the name and style of M/s. Crystic Resins India Pvt. Ltd. during the year 1968 with the Technical know-how available at that time in the country. We deputed our then Technical Director Shri P.B.Jain  who had successfully done the post graduation in Polymer Chemistry- specialized in the field of POLYESTER RESINS during 1962 from United Kingdom.

Salient Features of the Plant: -

• Reactor fitted with special stirrer for fast, efficient homogenous stirring of the various ingredients added for quick separation of By–product produced during the reaction.
• Reactor fitted with double jacket from outside for cooling of the products and tubular Coil inside the reactor for quick and fast transmission of heat, which is very effective.
• Provision for creating Inert Gas Bed during the Polymerization to avoid oxidation and hereby better colour of the finished product.
• Special type of horizontal condenser – lower portion of which is fitted with Rushing rings for effective separation of water with Glycol which is very essential for better Quality of the product and Polyester Resin having batch to batch consistency.
• In order to have very effective control on temperature parameter, Automatic Temperature Recorders have been fitted for both of the batch ingredients and overhead temperature which are very essential. 
• We have adopted double stage plant system, which has been adopted in the International Market by the reputed manufacturers of Polyester Resins.
